Major Legal Services® ("MLS") Privacy Policy has been developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the finest quality placement services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients and candidates. The Policy guides how we collect, store and use information, and it will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our clients' changing needs.

Our Policy provides the following:
  1. Notice: We need to collect and store name, address, contact resources, job profile information and company information from our candidates and clients, to provide you with the service you requested.
  2. Candidates: Your personal information and your resume will not be shared with potential employers until MLS receives your consent. MLS will not present you to potential employers without reasonably ensuring that the employer has an interest in reviewing your information.
  3. Employers: Information regarding the opportunity with your company will not be shared with candidates until you have been informed and your consent has been received. MLS will forward candidate profiles, resumes and other information to your offices only with the candidate's consent, and when we have determined that you have an interest in receiving such information.
